Raj Snehil P. is an accomplished Engineering Manager with a proven track record of managing petascale systems. He is currently working as a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where he is managing the IDC team for Azure's Disk Storage Solution. Raj is responsible for building and managing high-performance teams from scratch and has a deep exposure to distributed services powering services cross-device synchronization, elastic block storage. Raj has a keen interest in solving problems at scale at all levels - design, implementation, observability, etc. He has worked with Adobe in the past, where he was an Engineering Manager and a Computer Scientist II. As an Engineering leader at Adobe, Raj was responsible for curating the Engineering Excellence that powers real-time cloud-based collaboration in multiple Adobe products. Raj has a Master of Science degree in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from UPTU and an I.S.C (12th equivalent) degree in Science from G.P.M College Bareilly. With over 7.44 years of relevant experience, Raj has a strong technical background and is proficient in Senior Software Engineering, Azure, and Research Scientist. He is a visionary leader who can guide his team to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of the business.
